Should i have shoved? Or is a call like that fine, leaving space for a margin of error? Any other comments?

First of all, you absolutely butchered this hand... Either go for a c/r on the flop if you think you are getting a bet out of someone or beter like 2.5 on the flop yourself. You are giving great odds here. On the turn, just bet again, sure there is a 3rd club there but his range isn't just solely flushdraws, you can still get value from loads of other hands that you got beat by a long shot. Then I think on the river I'd valuebet again but smaller, something like 2/3 pot so you can get crying calls out of a J or whatever. You can also c/c the river but you should definitly c/r or bet hard on the flop and bet yourself on the turn and consider folding when getting raised.

my reasoning tells me its a shove but my pussy tells me to call-_-
i was sure he doesnt have a flush draw(he woulda raised flop) and i played it that way so he could try to bluff twice but when the 10 came i was genuinely worried about KQ.

a few previous boards i cbet 1$(in a lesser pots ofc) with air and folded to reraise, and i did it because i wanted to make sure that if everyone completely missed that flop theyd still call me at least for 1$, and hopefully even reraises me expecting me to fold. Why i slowed down explained in the post above

find a better spot to range balance? or start c/r with air and let the whole table see and c/r this flop all day.

Easier solution, don't even get into metagame implications on the 25NL because 98% of the people, including the regs, don't even freaking notice...
