With no information cal turn and call river. I feel that when you have no history, this line allows you extract more value out weaker hands than raising flop and taking over control of the pot. I am not just talking about weaker Aces here. Plenty of players, even generally solid ones, don't know how to shut down versus calls and will pay you off with random shit like small pairs or 3 barrel missed FD.

either call/call/call or raise flop get it in, depends on opponent and history etc. either way you're not folding the hand at any point

reraising pre works fine too, but it's UTG+1 vs UTG so you will get respect a lot and thus your hand loses a lot of its value as he won't be calling your 3bet oop with hands like QJ KQ AJ etc that he would be calling in a blind v button or button v cut off scenario. im sure 3betting here is +EV vs the vast majority of players still, but calling is probably better given positions
