25nl, whats the best way to proceed

this hand happened a few days ago, no real stats on opponents. I feel i have always had trouble with these type of hands...I would just like to get some insight into how you guys would proceed with the hand. Thanks~

i lolshove this and shout one time

the shorty's range is just laughable and we have great equity vs. whatever tellmama would flat/call with.. mostly fd/sd and sets or 2p if he's retarded

I'd say shoving is best but I don't play fullring and some of the responses I've seen on fullring hands confuses me so I'm gonna have to go with ???

shove imo. also tellmama played his hand terribly

you're gonna be commited if you call and tellmama shoves anyway so just maximise fold equity and shove.
