Fuck FTP and their support.
Im trying to get my money out for over 16 days and Im running low on cash being 2500km away from my home at the moment, since my cash out was declined, then I got a 'special permition to cash out', so it got declined again ( oh, both took 4+ days as well, even it says it goes thru 24-48h ).
I wrote to support again, and they said 'oh yeah, indeed u got an mark on your account that u can make an exceptional cash out, please send it thru again'.
5 days passed and I still dont have an approval or decline, plus support isnt answering.
First time Im having problem like that, and I made multiple neteller cash outs in the past. Talk about great timing.
Im uninstalling FTP as soon as I get my cash out -__-
