if you told me this read as i was making my decision, i'd happily fold. without any read i think it's a call but you're gonna have the proper read to make a fold fairly often, like 25% of the time imo

This guy is bad, he is pretty nitty, but calls a lot and likes to overbet shove with strong hands.
