This is the $1 rebuy at ftp, which is obviously known for having an extremely tough field of excellent players lol. Anyways, I thought this guy would prob check if he hit his str8 on the turn, given my aggression on the flop. him leading into me for a minimum bet confused the shit out of me. i can just call here obv but the board was quite scary, I wouldnt know what to do if a scary riv hit. i think i should probably just call and re-evaluate on rvr here, but give me your advice on how you'd play this

either bet preflop or fold. if you had bet preflop, you could usually exclude a 6 from his range (not always, but far more likely) and then be willing to go with it when you hit your 2 pair.

I agree with drone, i think that a preflop raise is a must to disguise this type of hand if you are going to play it.

As played I would flat call on turn and call a small-medium bet on river (assuming of course that it is nothing TOO scary), but I don't think i would be getting all my chips in almost ever after limping preflop then getting that board.
