This is villain's 2nd hand at the table.
This is a pretty std spot but i don't know how to approach his c/r,

best line here?

unless he lost $10 on his first hand, i'm immediately giving him little respect for buying in for $15.
i'm putting him on a draw / air / Ax (including AK, AQ). just from the way most nl25 players play, he'd c/c 2 pair or a set. but then as you have zero reads, it isn't too bad to fold.

knowing he only has ~$7 behind, you're either going to be playing for his full stack or checking down his failed bluff / missed draw. good fold i think

stick it in because he's short.

I don't think either choice - shove or fold - is a big mistake.

Generally, stack goes in. I mean, if you call and a heart comes, do you instafold? =s
