Villain is passive/nitty and has been giving me credit so far. I believe that he might be getting fed up with me but I have no specific read. Is river a shove or a check/fold?

If you think he's passive enough to be incapable of valuebetting properly, w/e. It plays itself. I really don't think this kind of player (note the limped button) is going to be pulling any moves. If he's got it he's got it. Probably checks the queen down.

Assuming he's like 12/8 or something for the sake of it, I don't think you get value from anything you beat here. Mid-high pps he probably raises, a random Q probably doesn't call.

Definitely don't shove.

(I was going to say $12 blocker and fold to a minraise/shove, but that really seems spewy. The idea with a blocker is you get some value against a few hands you're ahead of. Random Q is it.)
