Federer will come back easy. Next year he wins RG and Wimbledon.

too bad Federer had that kind of virus at the start of the season. It really fucked up his preparation while Nadal and Djokovic were getting stronger and better.

So Federer trying to regain his full capacity+confidence while Nadal and Djokovic becoming better and better = Federer not unbeatable anymore !

I really wanted Federer to win his 6th SW18 in a row to set a new record because he deserves it, but Nadal proved everyone so far that he is at his top and certainly has an edge on Federer this season.

After what I've seen this year on Roland Garros final, I am sure that if nothing happens to Nadal, he is going to crush it again. That match against Roger was pure destruction.

You can tell that Federer is nowhere near to the level he showed us the past years... at RG he usually at least put up a fight but this year he was struggling to score one game in each set...

And Federer blames it on the fact that it was dark etc... but it was as much dark for Nadal!

He is just lacking of confidence right now (he missed SO MANY easy shots in that last set. if he was in the shape of last year he would have ended the match at 8-6 in the last set). I think this is due to his troubled season's start combined to the fact that Nadal managed to level up his game. Like Boris Becker said: "I don't care about the official rankings, for me the player that can win RG and Wimbledon the same season is the NUMBER ONE."
