villain had been playing fairly solid and taggy until i stacked him in this hand,

http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/478349

after this hand, i think he sorta tilted because he started playing a lot looser and more aggressive, 3betting and squeezing a lot more. so on to the hand....

FullTiltPoker Game #7084958147: Table Sunrise (6 max) - $1/$2 - No Limit Hold'em - 14:55:14 ET - 2008/07/04
Seat 1: ludko ($200)
Seat 2: PLATYPUS-9 ($603.35)
Seat 3: temberin ($206.95)
Seat 4: Hero ($380.35)
Seat 5: jiffymack ($73.80)
Seat 6: plexiq ($217)
PLATYPUS-9 posts the small blind of $1
temberin posts the big blind of $2
The button is in seat #6

Holecards
Dealt to Hero KcQs
Hero has 15 seconds left to act
Hero raises to $7
jiffymack has 15 seconds left to act
jiffymack calls $7
plexiq calls $7
PLATYPUS-9 folds
temberin folds

Flop (Pot : $24.00)

   4hKh2d
Hero has 15 seconds left to act
Hero checks
jiffymack checks
plexiq bets $20
Hero has 15 seconds left to act
Hero has requested TIME
Hero raises to $72
jiffymack folds
jiffymack stands up
plexiq has 15 seconds left to act
plexiq raises to $210, and is all in
trlspartan sits down
Hero calls $138

so i decided to c/r this flop and get it in because i thought plexiq would bet his whole range when checked to and be a lot more likely to shove over my c/r with worse K's/draws/air because my line is sorta weird and doesn't make sense. also, the shorty can always do something stupid too.

like?

and i'm open to other line ideas like c/c flop and c/shoving good turns or just cbet/call if he raises and c/shove good turns or just cbetting and getting it in although i don't like that

I like your line of thinking but the only thing is if you think he'll shove it against you with all sorts of hands and always with any K then C/R smaller and give him more room to hang himself. As it is, u've C/R'd to an amount where you've put in an amount where you look committed. Just a thought.

in almost all cases this is fancy play syndrome.

i guess you have the proper read. because the other option is leading for obv reasons.

I think check/raising in this spot is very bad in a vacuum as most players will play straight forward in multiway pots. so if villain is in any way competent at all he'll put you exactly on the types of hands you got. Maybe even bigger. I think you're overrepping your hand here massively and you might lose value/valuetown yourself in a lot of cases.

how is check raising fancy play syndrome... i dont think it is.. its one simple way to mix up your play and is perfect against someone you just stacked/might be on tilt/loves overplaying draw type hands.. imo i like it.

My girlfriend started blowing me and then she stopped, I went on tilt and donkey punched her.

I'm in the fps camp, but I dunno. I just think we'll stack a fd or a king anyway and we might miss value cause he'll never bluff this with less then like a gutshot and a backdoordraw.

72 is too big, 55-60 shoudl suffice, when u make it 72 i dont think ur bluffing much

if poker is dangerous to them i would rank sports betting as a Kodiak grizzly bear who smells blood after you just threw a javelin into his cub - RaiNKhAN
