I thought about just getting it in with him on the flop even though it was like 50/50 between him having a set and a decent queen. So I let a card come off and checked, hoping against hope that he's sealed his fate with the now case KQ or QJ. Should I just be saying screw it and get allin on the flop or possibly should I be playing this ridiculously soft and c/c on river? I felt a set was quite likely but I just dont like the idea of saying oh I've got TPTK let's just get allin and if he has it it's a cooler. I don't like calling hands like this coolers because what could he have in this spot? He either has the case queen or (more likely) a flopped set that boats. I may be overanalyzing a hand where we should be getting allin regardless, but let me know what you think of how specifically this should be played. |
