if his bets were 4x bb he either probably has something big or like 7-8s 8-9s 9-10s 10-js, easy fold in early pos |

Really hard to get some kind of range estimation since all you know that he just changed his opening raising size, could be misclick (it happens...), could be a big hand (although I've seen those kind of players min-raise their big hands preflop more often) or whatever.
Hard to tell if you didn't see anything him raising smaller and know what it means, what I think is a bigger factor is his position and without much of a read and against those stats I'd just fold this... No reason to think you are good against his range here with QJo and it's not like it yields you huge impied odds, rather have some medium suited connector if you're trying to flop big and stack his AA-QQ or AK spiking top pair. |

his range dominates JQo so badly ,and when you actually flop TP you never know if it's good |

sometmies player dependent. but this is a fold normally.
if it was suited and something like 89s i'd rather call with that. |

That's such a trash hand. Even calling out of the big blind to a 3bb raise is highly questionable. |

Agree with all above AND you can't read anything in to his different bet sizing unless you have history and have a read - it could mean that he has a premium hand and wants action, could mean he has a weaker hand and doesn't want to put so much in (rare), could be everyone else has been betting 3x BB and he is adjusting or more likely he just want to vary his opening raise size to get people thinking........or calling with trash like QJo...... |

Can someone explain what "villain is a typical 16/11/1 guy." means? |

...it means u shouldnt be calling his raises with JQo.
he voluntarily puts money in the pot 16% of the time,
raises preflop 11%
has an agression factor of 1...which probably means he is probably a weak post flop player..given his other stats. |

Actually i had an argument with a friend here(he was saying that calling here is a leak). In my point of view most of the times this guy has a hand like 22 33 45s etc/He knows he got to raise it but not much(I believe he never has a good hand here-he is not fishy-).So i think i can call and take it down easily in most flops .Obv im wrong regarding the replies
Thanks |

If that is your read then just 3bet. Let him call to try to outflop you, then take it down when he misses the flop 90% of the time |

We're in the cutoff. Do you not raise JQ in the cutoff? Surely if we can raise it we can stomp on someone with a read that their hand is weak. |
