I'm still learning PLO but I don't really know what to do here, especially on the turn. Thoughts below.

The guy leading in a multiway limped pot on a dry board scared me a bit, so I think he has at least 2pair+, and I'm in bad relative position against the other players. I just flat because I don't want to raise and have someone come over the top of me, because I don't know how I'd react to it. I figure the best bet is to call an reeval turn.

Turn is a good card for me because I pick up a lot of outs (I'm blocking my FD but also have a GS now too). I'm not folding here, but my quesiton is whether I am strong enough to raise pot and even call a shove? Also, is raising turn a bluff, because all lower 2pair hands probably fold (eve though I might get a fold from bottom bet, possibly)?

If you raise the turn its a bluff, but calling is just fine. All three streets look good to me.
