hmm being a 50nler myself i dont like this play at all, i dont see any point in checking flop, i deffinatly dont like cold calling there either. you need to raise esp if he has anything he has decent odds to beat you. turn play is ok, although i dont see much value in shoving, either he is gonna fold with nothing, or he has made a straight, esp if he is lag he coulda bet and hit a draw. |

fold pf, bet ~pot flop (or check/raise flop if he is cbeting tons) |
|
| The room is so quiet you can hear Phil Hellmuth saying to himself, I am the best player. | |

go through why you're doing what in your head and a lot of your plays might make more sense.
The overshove is just such a bad idea. You put yourself in a spot to only get called by the 1/100 (okay, maybe 20) retards with Jx, or stuff that actually beats you. |

what
i like this play on all streets, are you guys serious?
preflop is very standard against insanely loose/aggro geeks
flop is very standard against insanely loose/aggro geeks
turn is also very standard against insanely loose/aggro geeks. you can debate making a smaller turn raise but it's only like 25 more to the villain so just get it in so that he calls with all his QJ KJ etc |

thought this was much deeper...and he's not even fullstacked T_T. I still don't like overshoving, but considering the stacksizes it really doesn't matter now.
If he had like 40, even 30 behind, I'd raise to make it look like I'm giving myself room to fold.
Most LAGs at this stake are pretty abc with their aggression, if that's possible. They give a bit more credit when people shove back, assuming their image makes the fold +EV, and a lot of the time it does?
