Anyone play on Absolute? - How are cashouts?

I am just wondering how US players have been depositing and cashing out of Absolute Poker and how long it takes. That site has good bonuses/rakeback and is very soft compared to stars...

cash outs for me everywhere since Epass cut me off have been by check
the check takes a bit but that's fine with me

Hey, I have tons of money on ultimate bet and unlimited transfer between account, but also I have lot of money in bank account, so if I get bonus I'll deposit for sure. Do you have any suggestion about promotions and methods of deposit(if I transfer from account do I still get deposit bonus on the AP account, and also how does rakeback work? I think it would be interesting to play on AP in order to get maximum amount of tables.
