How does one get pokertracker to work with..

I don't know if this is an ok place to ask about it. I took a quick look around pokertracker and didn't see anything about this.

But how do I get pokertracker to work with non-default programs? I am on the pokertracker 3 trial right now (not gonna buy it til I can afford it with poker money, I think.) Say I wanted it to work with Ultimatebet. How?
