i know, it's drawy, but should i 3bet pf in this spot? and can i assume that this nit calls 3bets lightly w/ KJs/AJs/QJ? i know i did hit what i wanted, but i still don't feel comfortable, so calling pf will be better?

First of all, 18/16 is not nitty.

Second, as Tim said, once you 3bet PF and this flop comes, you need to get it in barring some outrageously reliable information about you opponent. If you do not feel comfortable getting your AQ in on this flop vs villain, do not 3bet.

18/16 is tag imo
15/13 and lower is really nitty
but these things have nothing to do with the percentage he folds to 3bets anyway
