should i 4bet this pf? as played, should i c/r the flop, and if so, what am i expecting to get called by here? Is this a cooler or am i a retard?

I suppose if i put his range on AA-TT, AK-AJ, over half of those hands would call a raise, if not shove over the top...guess im trying to get fancy....thanks
