The instant you 4bet, you are planning to snapcall here. 100bb or so deep you should generally only 4 bet planning to snapfold or snapcall, otherwise why are you doing it. |

Gotta call.
Your 4bet size is pretty big if you ask me. |

You should not have 4bet. You should either call or muck pre. The reason for this is that he is 14/10 and you raised UTG. |

Uhh, calling oop with AK this deep seems pretty disastrous (esp. against someone who looks this tight), folding seems fine given this opponent and the positions.
Your 4bet is ridiculously oversized, I'd make it like 30ish at the most.
If you 4bet AK (especially this big) you are not folding (unless deeper than this, but then who cares if you have AK, if you 4bet and intend to fold you are bluffing and could just as well have J5o).

also, i just thought 50 hands was not a big enough sample size to really call him a nit. How many hands with really nitty stats is enough to easily fold a 3bet with AK? |

I think 50 hands gives you an accurate enough read that he is playing at least close to 14/10 and so is pretty nitty. Folding/calling wouldn't be a big mistake if he stats turned out to be looser but if these were his stats or he plays even tighter then 4betting is a huge mistake. |

hum gay spot but i hate your 4 bet sizing. i definitely just 4 bet to about 2.5x his 3 bet or maybe less. This will allow you to open up your 4 betting ranges and run cheaper pf bluffs and give you room to fold but at the same time not giving sick odds vs random trash when you do the same shit with premium hands. |

14/10 over 50 hands tells me nothing. i've played 25/22 over a session and had a table that was running 9/8... so 50 hands is nothing to me.
i call this in the very least. |
