What do you think the 3-bettor's range is? What do you think the limp-caller's range is? Is you AK ahead of the combination of those ranges? If not, we fold. People really overvalue AK PF. Yes, it's a coinflip vs any pair QQ and below. But it's a sort of coinflip that will cost you a lot of money if you keep doing it over and over and over again. And sometimes they will have AA/KK and you're fucked.
Also consider that you raised from EP and got 3-bet. AT NL200 a 17/14 will not 3betting your UTG raises light.
I like folding.
I am guessing you shoved and ran into AA/KK. |

I hate folding AK pf but if there's one good spot to do it this is one. His 3bet is huge too. Coming from a nit it's never good. |

We have to keep in mind that they won't play perfectly and will fold pocket pairs vs us. If they 3bet then fold enough of their range then pushing is still a good play. |

I almost never tell people to fold AK to a 3 bet but if there ever was a time too then this is it. |

I think also that what is your image to the 3 better? I mean he could see you as trying to iso the limper and 3 bet you light. Yeah the limper calls but whatever... the 3 better could be doing this with like 88+ ez and you have that range beat up. |

yes, you have enough fold equity to 4bet ak in most cases, this one doesnt seem to be one of them... |
