I think this is either a fold PF or get it allin on the flop.

I think the turn screams of AA here though. Maybe AK/QQ, but the majority of the time given the preflop play, it's AA (unless you have any specific reads?).

I think the way you played it, you should either push the flop or fold the turn.

I agree depening on the opponent, I would often fold PF.

uh, if no reads, your play seems standard. take notes on how he played the hand and move on.

err

min4bet is like KK+ face up

no point in even seeing a flop (even for sick odds) when you know you're against KK/AA with only 100bb in play

i typically flat here anyway, so as not to push out the limper

not trying to spike tptk and play a huge pot or anything (when i didn't 3bet), but trying to get some actual value from my hand instead of praying that the original raiser folds preflop

i mean cmon he doesn't even have AT or KJ very often anyway, and he certainly doesn't call 3bets with those hands. so what value does AK even have to 3bet in the first place

srsly biggest mistake in FR is overplaying AK

that said, i don't mind 3betting here with a TON of hands that flop well against big pairs, like 76s and 22, unless the original raiser is extremely nitty (which means you're 3betting against a really tight range anyway). if your opponent is adjusting to your constant 3betting, though, then AK becomes a mandatory 3b for value

but that's rarely the case. most people are 3betting AK and flatting 76s/22 when they should be doing the exact opposite until their opponents are forced to adjust

i dont really care for the huge 3 bet, 9 or 10 gets the job done. just fold to the 4bet, nh him.

Baal - look is talking hah.

is it just me or are many players starting to get really insecure about good advice being given lately
plz tell me if I'm seeing this wrong cuz I'm probably just seeing it for face value and not the subtle true meaning/joke it was supposed to be..

either way thank you Myth for ur post/posts
your posts in the hh section are ones that I always stop to read (sometimes more than once) and try to learn from. I almost always find some sort of great insight to take with me whereas most other posters I have to "screen" first
