If the deeper stack is an aggressive 3-bettor, I can see why he'd do this preflop to isolate with a hand that's ahead of the shorties range.
I also think calling has disadvantages here compared to 4-bet.
Many aggressive players like to abuse minraisers because they're generally pretty weak. Then again this guy's opening from UTG and getting reraised by an aggro guy. When you flat, you leave your flank open for the shortie to push and then for the initial reraiser to re-isolate. Obviously if he folded to shortie's push, you would call since 200nl short stackers are just horrible (the stats show that).
I think 4-betting here is good because:
1) you're not getting shoved one 1.5bi deep
2) you have position so even if you get called, you have more power
3) makes it easier to play against the short stack
I'd say 4-betting to something like $58 here is the best choice if you choose to play. I think flatting generally turns your hand face up a little.
As played, call flop or minraise!!
Everytime you minraise, God kills a fish.

As played you have to at least call the flop, but preflop I'd rather 4bet or fold. Mostly 4bet with your read.
Are we set mining? There's a bazillion flops we're not going to be happy with.
