My own thoughts..
I can easily call prf because he will cbet to many flops so i can float him alot & pick up pot on turn/river and get extra value from less.
He bets the flop, as expected, it's an OK board to cbet, IMO he's cbetting his complete range..
Turncheck screams weakness or draw i think, so i bet and planning to bet any blank river when he checks
think his range here is like PP [JJ/QQ maybe 99] QJ, [KJ] (I think he would 2barrel w KQ/AK) maybe some sort of T, (TJ+) and obv. a lot of hartcombinations
river blanks, he checks and i bet with the intention to pick up the pot, 10 in ~13 OK size?
IMO he has to fold every busted draw obv, every T, JJ/QQ and prob. KJ too

The float is fine, but I don't like following through on that river. An aggressive reg will more often than not double barrel his draw here, if he has one, rather than check/calling the turn, so I think we can infer from the turn that villain usually has some kind of made hand. When the river completely blanks, your range is going to look extremely drawy to villain, and we can expect him to make a call with any pair. |

allright thanks, i figured that too afterwards
he would probably bet the turn with some kind of draw, but a lot of regulars on 25NL do c/c draws OOP on the turn + i don't think that if he has a made hand it will be strong enough to call a pretty big bet on the river, because he would've followed through with AK/KTish hands.. right? |

i like your play on the turn. i'd probably give up on the river and would be inclined to agree with oly that he has some kind of made hand.
as a side point, too often i feel i'm getting floated when i'm cbetting oop, just so the villain can take a shot when i show weakness on the turn. if i see this happening repeatedly i can get a little extra value out of strong hands on the flop (TP, A high flush etc, by check/raising turn when villain would otherwise fold to 2nd barrel) |

i think i probably reraise flop but it aint bad, river it looks like he's got JJ/QQ and doesnt believe you so its upto you if you think he'll fold it there, prob not i'd say |
