AQd with mid pair and nut f-draw in FTOPS 1k

I just found this spot to be so interesting and got a ton of mixed responses among friends and a few ranked donkeys so figured i might as well post it... I've played with Tom a few times, but dont have enough info to narrow his range as much as I would like in this spot vs most players. What is ur line on the flop and turn if you are flatting flop or raising flop.

looks like an easy raise, but if he 3- bets all in i don't know if you can call since hitting 2 pair and trips might be no good. So you'd be like a 3:1 underdog and you'd be getting say roughly 2:1( Assuming you raise to 2100 and he pushes making you call 5600 into 12000 roughly). Is putting him on top 2, KK, QQ reasonable? Is it possible he 3-bet pushes AA here?
