When you hold a pair and someone 3 bets into you, you would usually think that he has AA or KK, right? So you have to act like you actually do have AA/KK and cbet the flop. The flop is great for cbetting because it's a rainbow flop with no straight possible and only one high-ish card, so he is unlikely to have hit anything.
