Joe fairly loose; Diner 20/14 over 100 hands. Haven't seen him do much out of line this session

Hey Tom, I seem to do this as well. Why I would raise the flop here(Not that I'm good at poker) is, it sometimes makes people put on their brakes. Whatever Diner does here, is most likely a fold, but if he has something, its going to be obvious. But usually what happens with me in this situation is, Diner usually folds, and Joe flats and checks turn
