This patakama is a pure fish (56/0) capable of frequent floating on the turn.
Do you think it's the best line here ?

Thanks for this educational answer. What do I do facing a raise, then ? Don't you think a bluff-inducing check is better then a bet ?

A 56/0 seems like a typical station (the fact that he floats a lot of flops supports this). So you think he bluffs more often than valuebets from position? You could be way behind or drawing dead when you crai a passive station, so unless you know his bluffing tendencies bet the turn for value and info instead of inducing anything imho.

EDIT: I bet /fold turn or if called reevaluate river and try to vbet thin on most rivers, check/fold the rest depending on betsize c/c. The problem with your line that he quite often checks behind with those stats with many hands that he would call a second barrel, and he can take a free card to outdraw you, or get away from his hand when a scary river hits.

lol so if you are afraid he will raise u u decide to check raise him? great
bet turn to make a draw pay or check call for pot control, just don't c/r because u are turning aces into a bluff
edit: I wouldn't mind with the A of clubs though

i personally pot pot shove against a station, assuming turn/river doesn't bring a club.

i personally dont try to play nifty little mind games/moves with stations. if i'm holding a strong hand, i raise it up relentlessly

say he checked behind on turn, and a club came on river? bet you'd feel pretty silly then
