I dont think he has QQ+ because he would have 3bet me PF but the flop is so drawy. Can i fold here?
He can do this with only the ace of heart, i dont know.

1) yes. it's 4 way and you get raised by a really tight passive rock type player who has 2 players behind him. furthermore it's full ring and you raised UTG so it's very likely you're strong here, and thus very unlikely he's bluffing unless he's a complete maniac (which he obviously isn't)

2) yes this cbet is fine
