How often do you monkey tilt?

I mean the type of anger that'll send you over the edge, pushing your stack in with 2 overcards to the board with 99? Where you're so frustrated with certain individuals on the table when you really shouldn't be? Causing you to make a play that you would otherwise never make under normal circumstances?


What's the fastest way to regain control of your head?

everyday. coz when i gambool in position with q9 suited against 2 aggressive players, i hit twopair on a drawy board and raise commit myself on flop, then turn pairs the board to counterfeit my hand almost every fucking time and i furiously hurl my chips allin

It's pretty rare that I will ever go on monkey tilt because I play small sessions. I start to lose focus at about 2 hours and then I can start tilting, but usually am very good at leaving as soon as I make one tilty play and I feel it getting to me

i dont really tilt anymore but if i get irritated i do stop after like 1 rotation or w/e
also i sometimes just play dumb or w/e and check shove bottom pair or something retarded for entertainment which is sorta bad but not the same as tilting

Mmm i get annoyed and fustrated but I have learnt to control it to the point where I really don't think it affects my playing anymore.... I find better ways to vent my emotions than to dig a deeper hole and I think each person will have their own way..
personally playing dota and random games with friend always makes me feel better, that and reading.

i tilt when i start getting sucked out on, but not monkey tilt that's a whole different story. the difference being that tilt for me is just like donating $6-$18 at sng's when i'm losing at cash games anyway playing like a total monkey and monkey tilting is playing with a large majority of my roll on one table. vvvQ said no more monkey tilt, so no more monkey tilt yo for me EVERRRRRRRRRR

when am i not on monkey tilt....i could be up five bi in a 100 hand sample and be on monkey tilt....

once in a while. i havent in quite a long time then recently ive been tilting a bit iono its weird

when i tilt it doesnt normally affect my game tho, just get frustrated and might quit early

if i feel i tilt i just quit or calm down and play good poker.
