NL200 4bet pot valueraise river?

Villain is a tightish solid reg playing 14/10/2.8. Have no really aggressive history with him so if my 4bet is good can be discussed. But its pretty early in the sess and its the 2nd time hes 3betting me sb vs btn so i thought i could go ahead right away and try to dominate some. I cant really say much about his calling range but obv it should be tight, but he plays so passive postflop its hard to put him on anything good on the river that beats me except for AK that should fire turn. But what kind of hands do i beat that hes calling a raise with? Pretty weird hand overall imo.

14/10 is incredibly tight for 6-max, all the regs at FR game are much looser, best is to fold PF ( I call cuz theres an ace and its suited)

btw AK doesn't need to fire the turn, I'd check with AK too, since he bet out when the Ace landed I think he has you beat, but I cant really just fold A9, although I think its best.

lolz 14/10s call my 4-bets out of position with 85s all day every day, but some obv don't
