I knew this guy was chasing a flush, if i know theyre after a flush should i 3bet on turn?

you can't 3 bet the turn by the way, this seems fine

3 betting is when you re-raise the turn i think, it's not used to describe the amount

and I don't think you should overbet the turn, if you put him on a range that is mostly flush draws then just pot the turn and river is fine.
