monitor problem

i have a samsung 20 inch from the stars store, and all of a sudden i came back tonite and i get on my computer and i have something wrong with my monitor. everytime i go to a website, there are extended lines from the different parts of websites. for instance, the red border of pokernews, then the rest of the pokernews box there are extended faint lines all the way across my screen behind the rest of the website. it isnt just with browsers, when i pull up my aim box, it extends these faint gray lines across the screen. im not sure what it is or how to fix it. any ideas? also this is tough do describe so if anyone has any questions as to what it may be or what is going on ill b happy to answer em. thanks LP

nvm image doesnt work on someone elses computer

thats what it looks like. thats a print screen img if it helps. it is doing it for browsers and stars and aim and everything else.

buy a new one imo

Check to see if the cable from your video card to your monitor is lose.
