Villain is a loose/passive semi-reg. I changed his name slightly but if you use your brain and play in the games it's obvious who it is, so if you have any opponent-specific info feel free to share.
What type of range would you usually assign villain given this range? His pf stats are something like 20/9 with an AF of around 1.5. Turn this hand into a bluff with outs? I was a little confused how to continue here. He has around 400 left on the turn so just over a PSB.
