SAMSUNG TFT screen 26" SyncMaster 2693HM (5 ms) HDMi
26" Widescreen
Resolution: 1920 x 1200
Respons time:5ms
Contrast: 1000:1
Brightness: 400 cd/m²
Viewing angle: 160 / 160 Degrees
D-sub, DVI-D, HDMI
Would it be possible to fit 9 tables without overlaping on this monitor? I assume it needs around 10inch for 1 table on 1600x1200, so 6 inch wouldn't be enough, however this monitor supports 1920x1200 so i don't know how to calculate it, help anyone?
BTW this is the monitor from noiqpoker |

are you playing on ipoker then?
you dont need a 26'' to play 9 tables on ipoker without overlap. i have a 22'' and play 9 tables (miniview) on 1600x1200 no probs
to answer your question i would be very surprised if that monitor won't fit 9 tables without overlap |

nope u cant fit 9 tables, you can fit 6 with a little bit of vertical overlap. If you want to 9table with a small amount of overlap get a 30" monitor with 2560x1600 res. That's what I use, ez best monitor for poker that I know of. |

the way to calculate it is, ## x ## resolution means number of pixels width x number of pixels height of the monitor.
The pixels required for a pokerstars window at default size is 800x600 (maybe 800x590 actually but doesnt matter) which is why you can perfectly fit 4 tables on a 1600x1200 monitor, since theres exact space for two tables across and two tables down.
Your monitor is 1920x1200 so its the same as a 1600x1200 except just made wider across because its widescreen, so only provides 320 more pixels across and the same amount down.. So you can only still fit two tables down and can put 3 tables across with the extra space if you dont mind a bunch of vertical overlap at the sides of the table.
With 2560x1800 you have more than enough space to fit 3 tables across without overlap, and just about enough space to fit 3 tables down with a very small and unobtrusive amount of horizontal overlap.. ez 9tablin |

with resized tables you will be able to fit 9 on almost any decent monitor, if u want like 9 tables regular size with no overlap your going to need a 30" monitor. |
