Ask a guy who just saw Iron Man anything.

Great movie. Lots of funny parts, great action and CGI. I liked how they really built up the story and how Iron Man came to be, which in turn, made the movie a little slow in the beginning but when the action came it was great. I suspect in the sequel it will be twice as much action as the story in this one took a good chunk of the movie.

By the way, stay after the credits for a lil' somethin' :D.

The reviews at IMDB.com are really favourable.

It's because the movie owns. It's up there on the epicness of Spider-Man 2.

Spidey 2 was quite enjoyable, 1 was ok, 3 was a disaster.

Just got back from theatres..........I have to say its really well made. Entertaining from the beginning to the end, can't think of any cheesy lines and Robert Downey Jr. played the character wonderfully. Definitely up there with Spiderman 2 if not better.

Yeah the spiderman movies are enjoyable but by no means epic.

spiderman 3 was completely awful. hell 2 wasn't even that great. 1 was decent.

oh and i couldn't agree more with rhaegar about the spiderman movies

i think the 3rd one was one of the most disappointing movies ever

Are you kiddin me? Transformers was the biggest junk that I couldn't even watch through it. The only thing slightly good about that crap was that hot piece of semi-jail bait ass in it. But even she faild to make it intresting.

Edit: I forgot to mention that Ironman was awesome. But if you are a fan of crap like spiderman and shitty teenage kinda action movie IronMan isn't good for you. While if you like that Hellboy kinda comdey/fun/action movie then Ironman is the right piece of junk that they pass as movies these days. 2hours of pure fun entertainment.

nah, i hated spiderman. which is why i was so surprised when i liked transformers. i dunno man, watching that movie in the theatres was fucking stellar. i dont care what anyone says, i was pleasantly surprised at that movie. i thought it'd be a pos, but i thought the action rocked. i obv. didn't expect many oscars to be handed out from acting performances.

good raves so far for ironman tho, so i'm definitely gonna hit up a theatre sometime this week and watch it

I really liked Transformers. I know that the plot and directing are terrible, but I didn't expect anything from that movie, because it was supposed to be just a blockbuster hit. Nothing but pure, mindless entertainment - and that's what it was (except for some American Pie-like jokes, which were a disaster). Great special effects and rapid action. A no-brainer definitely worth watching.

I was kind of "eh" when i heard RDJ was ironman, but after seeing it idont see who else could be ironman

about the spiderman movies, I think they suck.
But that's probably because I have read some good comic book stories
that feel so much darker and mature compared to the movies. I guess it's the way blockbusters have to be T_T
