Previous hand I shoved ATo against a short stack of about 5k, who had AQo hold. this is the next hand and i want to know if this is standard, if a call is better, or if i should fold. my first thoughts were to puke and shove and hope im good/hold. any thoughts?

also, as far as the money, payouts are small until the final table, 1406 to start and the money was at 216.

lets say i have no real reads on villain. he has been at the table for about an orbit, hasnt really played hands, but he could have been card dead.. reason why i posted this hand is because when i am in spots like his, i will bet AA instead of open pushing like say AK TT JJ . so i'm immediately on guad that villain has to have a hand and, at least in his mind, he is never bluffing at this pot. that being said, what do you think> easy fold given his line or is it still a shove? i shoved because the blinds and my M. I just lost a hand prior to this against a shorter stack, blinds were going up again soon, and i was praying he had 77- or AK AQ AJ KQ etc, something i am racing against. if i was positive he had a hand like AK AQ, or if he hypothetically was to show his hand face up, would you still push or just call? i am interested in trying to elevate my tourney game but spots like this keep me from winning and i cant help but feel i am making errors in judgement.

standard

You should never tell someone they have cute dimples. Maybe they were shot in the face with a BB gun
