I don't think you bet enough.
Hand one he isn't laying down his jacks to a 1/2 pot bet.
Hand two you bet half pot twice again wtf ;o |

why is that bad, what hands do they call three halfpot barrels and fold to three 3/4 pot barrels? |

I don't like hand 1. Without a read I just assume the guy never folds a king, and i think ur double barrel makes sure that worse than QQ folds the turn. And AJ high beats QJ on the river so you got that kind of showdown value.
Errr I like both lines if they were for value. I don't think you get top pair to fold on either hand. |

I think I like hand 2 if you bet more on turn and river to atleast give yourself fold equity vs very marginal top pair holdings. |

Checking the river in hand 2 isnt so bad actually since I think you sucked out a decent amount of the time vs a flush draw that your 3 has enough showdown value. |

3/4 pot on the flop makes your 3/4 pot on the turn 2 times as big as when you bet 1/2 pot twice
ding ding ding
people are afraid of big moneys bets |

i like hand one but i want you to bet bigger on every street for some reason, i think its actually going to earn you more money and make him more prone to fold on the turn or river
i dont like hand two, no reason to get out of line in those kind of pots and he doesn't seem to be folding, its really not that bad though, pretty marginal |

What about check/call on hand #2 instead of betting half the pot? I think he never folds a queen to the half pot bet but will often bluff his flush draws. |

k sweet, bet harder and yeah good point ket/rek, def win more bc if it's gonna work then it's gonna work either way, might as well get him to put in as much money as possible before forcing a fold.
