I call with the A9s and the TT v KK is a setup here, its too hard to get away from given stack sizes |

villain with KK had opened almost every pot up to this point as well, and i was pushing with the intent of getting a call...and i dont know if that is right. i dont thik he is really ever folding this, unless he has complete bluff, but i would assume he does this and calls with 22+, and then all broadway hands. is my line of thinking wrong? i really only dominate lower pp's ( i imagine he has about 50%) and i am virutally flipping against all broadway, unless it involves the ten. i just feel like i am making mistakes i am not catching since i am bubbling this tourney instead of cashing in it all too frequently. |

you only have to be like a ~28-30% favorite to call with the A9s |

the a9 hand you can either just push pre, or you can raise like you did with the intention of only folding if 1: you know evenace to be tight and 2: evenace pushes. you absolutely cannot fold against any of the other guys still in the hand.
in general if you raise and someone pushes and his total chip amount is less than 10 times big blind, you can't ever fold. there ARE exceptions but you don't run into them that frequently. |
