SUBARU, please provide answers to the following questions. if you lie neilly will probably out you:

1. when neilly originally solicited the loan were there any false pretences involved?, e.g did he pretend to be someone else or lie about what he intended to do with the original loan. (btw I know you've already mentioned his BS reasons for why he couldn't repay it but this is about when he first asked for it)

if you answered no to false pretences then proceed to 2. (also Oly should note this means his comparison to scamming is invalid)

2. were you aware of his publically known reputation of helpless degeneracy and going broke countless times at the time you transferred the cash?

if yes,

3. why did you decide to loan the money anyway then? e.g. he mightve promised to return a share of his profit from playing on the loan money.

4. what were the exact formally agreed terms of your original loan? provide chat log if possible

if youre seriously asking if people think neilly should be banned you should provide at least this info first.

and on a sidenote im pretty sure being "banned" from a forum website is neither very worthy of being considered any sort of punishment for anything nor something thats going to make neilly pay back loans if he otherwise wasn't going to.

Are you kidding? People like Neilly and beachgirl feel horrible when they get banned from places like LP, TL, blah blah. I doubt it would make him pay the money back but it's about the only punishment the community can throw on him, and it seems like a good idea to do something to leeches who never repay loans.

The thing is... if you are staking somebody, there is a risk that tha player is going broke... otherwise its just magically making money with no risk.

If you stake a player and busts you loose your money as simple as that, if neilly cheated somebody in a deal (scamming) i will ban him.

his weekly episode of "50HU til busto or balla" is worth watching. If it were to air on TV it'd get high ratings

Last I spoke with him he was living with a buddy (owed him money too) because he got kicked from his apartment. This was like, 2 months ago.

Dangerous, but worth the risk.

What if the stake is given under strict circumstances (only play with certain bi rule, etc.)
Would it be considered a scam if Neilly loses it all playing too high and doesn't pay back?
