AQ vs donkish player

he was playing a lot of hands, limpin calling raises a lot he seem to me to be donkish

I though this river card was bad for me as, he flat called 2 streets so I though he wasnt giving me credit for having a Q and he prob had a T.

how about my bet sizes? now I really think my re raise should have been bigger no?
