Folding AAxx preflop.

Can I get away from AAxx here preflop since they are low and not suited. It seems likely that I'm up against another AAxx. Looking at the percentages, it's marginal at best. Fold pre? Or call and eval flop?

i dont know much about omaha but if you can get them in committing there whole stack preflop with aaxx, im pretty sure its the right play reagrdless of kickers, you got fold equity as well.

if they make that 3bet and call the 3 bet with a widish range then thats a perfect spot to 4bet surely since you could put in like 80% of their effective stacks

the opponents only had such great equity because its 3 way and they hold all 4 flush draws between them, if you check their individual equities youll see its a pretty awful reshove by illguitar

Are there any situations in which I would fold AAxx preflop? Especially deep situations?

if you're opp and there is big action from tight players and you have very little money in the pot, this AA hand can be folded imo
I dont fold AAxx HU, and never AAxx with a suited ace

Shitty AAxx ain't that good in multiway ai. The pair value sucks - there's usually crapload of more value if you actually have an FD, when it's likely for someone to have AAxx, your hand becomes almost worthless in multiway pot so yes - it's conceivable to fold AAxx.

Then again, with these buy-ins, people have like "QQxx" and go like in hold'em "ZOMG QQZZZ ONLY BEATED BY THEM ACES OR KINGS!! AWWW IN!"

if your aces were sooted then you snap shove. otherwise you tank and shove.

this is a very interesting question, and the short answer is no. you should never fold AA pf if you can get that much $ in vs 2 ppl. However, if one of them were to turn over AKKQ and the other 4567ds, you should technically fold.
