1. would anyone still consider check-raising?
2. assume u have my hand in BB, loose table
mp limps
cutoff raises
button 3bets
sb folds
U...
and why
3. what defines for u if u have AK high flushdraw and AA or KK whether to break the pair and go for the flush or not (limpers, reads ...)

I don't play much 5 card draw, but using some logic I'd say we definitely do want to split the pair and go for the flush here because of the fact that it's widely multiway; similar to drawing hands in holdem - if you're multiway, hunt for the nuts. I think you definitely need to 3bet the river. How often really will someone have a higher flush (which is pretty much a royal) or a full house; especially if they are idiots.

I agree. You have to break the pair and go for the flush. Since the player in first position did not raise UTG he is believed to be on a draw. With him leading out he is saying he hit his draw, but looking at your hand you have a very high flush. I would 3 bet since the other player only called telling you he doesnt have a boat.
but i meant that i didnt think that any1 was trying to buy the pot, but rather belived they have legit hands
As of discussion i agree, we are not worried about pulvert and flopmebabyxx, pulvert most likely drew to flush which is unlikely to beat mine, flopmebaby makes crying call (in this limit he could actually have decent boat but not likely).
Now UTG would often play 2 pairs the same way (very popular recently) as any decent draw and betting out vs pat usually means he hit and he likes his hand quite a lot so he's the only one to be concerned about. Missing possible 3BB or 6BB value is probably not justified by this concern.
Thats same session I had 2 low boats beaten (1 by 3 discarder w quads) so that just made me unreasonably shy.
Any opinions of playing high flushdraws in 3bet multiway pot when in BB?

I always call with the high flush draw in BB multiway. If you hit then you check and see who leads out and then look at where you might stand from there. If someone stays at pat you still have a good hand going up against them to call with. At the worst you lose 4BB by hitting your high flush.
