Curious as to who does... I remember last year some people had multiple seats up the wazoo. Hopefully I can get one this summer, that'd be my dream.

this is true, he has been mega-multi tabling the satellites whilst his legal team looks for loopholes in the new WSOP player conduct rules.

I think that poker is comparable to a starcraft 2v2 where your partner is your bankroll. It really sucks when im terran and they both rush my bankroll. - Travis Victor says: sending me pokerhand is like spitting in my face

The room is so quiet you can hear Phil Hellmuth saying to himself, I am the best player.

What steps did you guys register out of curiosity ? step 5 ? 6 ?

If you're curious on who is already qualified just check the qualifiers list on pstars, you'll see Khan is in.

Is he still required to play the Main Event and purchase a seat then? And did PS give him 8 free days at the Palms?

if you win a first saet, you get 12.5k cash, because 3rd parties cant register someone for the main event, just like last year.

for every seat you win past your first, you get 2.5k cash, and 10k W$

I have 8 seats whenever iam playing I register for pretty much every step 5 and 6 that runs.

And for your first seat they just give you 12.5k cash after that you get 10k w$ and 2.5k cash. Also while you dont have to play the main event they give you an extra 1k (or pay for your hotel) if you do play.

gawdawaful   Canada. Mar 25 2008 11:58. Posts 5127

a more structural question:
for example, you win a step (say step 1 to 2) are you forced registered into a certain step 2 that runs at a certain time or do you get a ticket for step 2? or for that matter, winning step 5 going onto 6, specific step 6 or you choose when

Im only good at poker when I run good

im trying to run from step 1 to step 6. bought in for 39 step ones and won 16 step 2's and won 6 step 3s from there. gonna repeat the process couple times to get multiple step 4s 5s etc. should be a non fail process. unless i run like pure shit and spew off my whole bankroll

What's your bankroll to do that?

i was joking about the bankroll part. I only use FPP, since the fpp transfer rate is almost 100% by signing up through sngs and tournaments, instead of the horrible transfer rate you get if you buy something from the fpp store. ive spent about $292 by signing up through the 7.50 step 1's and i have $410 in cash value with the 5 step 3's. My ROI is a little over 30% and ive been running pretty bad. im tryin to have like 5-6 step 6 tickets in the next couple weeks. I mean the guys are really awful, so i think playing as many as possible and stacking up on as many tickets as u can is the best bet.
