So how does that explain masochistic habits such as smoking or sky-diving, where pleasure (a very non basic need) is put in front of survival? There are extreme examples of this obv... even suicide... it's not seeking pleasure but the cessation of pain... it doesn't! obv ur not going to find research journals or full published texts on this online the same way you can't find medical journals online without paying steeply. I knew a professor who studied in a similar field and these journals/evidence are simply not found online at least not without paid memberships to specific sites. BUT, that being said, theories don't become officially recognized scientific theories without convincing evidence (not these days at least)

these things have evolved and both obviously pertain to genetics and evolution
the human being is simply one of those species and arguing that we don't find traits that are symptoms of good health attractive is the same as arguing that a peacock doesn't spread it's wings for sexual purposes and that the female peacock (i think it's the male one that displays his feathers) always seems to prefer the one with healthier feathers and have sex with that one for totally arbitrary reasons... it's been a series of ridiculous coincidences

Don't get stuff that doesn't fit you exactly or is a bit too loose either. Girls and people that dress nice notice it immediately.
Make sure clothes match nicely, not just a random mix of above average clothes put together.

I do know your trouble though. At school i had a really good social group. Then i left at 16 and changed college. I didnt know anyone at that point (apart from 1 guy from old school but he was in different classes) anyway i didnt really know anyone outside my classes. Apart from 1 chick who i was pretty much madly in love with - but never told her - now she gone boohoo - but thats another story.
Anyway, It continued like that and the only friends i had were other gamers i met at my local LAN centre (lol) It stayed like that pretty much till i started Uni, now ive got some more good (and totally new) friends and a good social environment (when im not getting arrested) but yeh - perhaps socially you need a change of environment. Uni is a good place to start anyway so all is not lost if you dont have many friends through the school stage.
edit: by school do you mean like 6th/7th form? or are you at university/college whatever you kids are calling it these days.

I know it sounds retarded and cliched, but it's true.
Also some things that may help:
Take up an interesting hobby. It helps you meet new people and have something different to talk about with girls.
Dress well. I think you already understand this one.
Talk to random girls for practice. If you're on a bus, in a library, waiting for food in a line. W/e, just talk to them. You don't have to go in with the intention of wanting to pick them up, but just talk to them for practice. See how you can get girls to react positively to you, and it'll give you confidence in being able to approach and talk to women who you may actually be interested in.
'Game' is somewhat overrated unless you're looking to pick up a girl for a 1 nighter. In that case, yes, you did need a good angle to work, but if you want something more longer term, don't waste your time trying to impress a girl with BS that you can't back up over a longer period. Just learn to be confident in who you are and get out and do something about it rather than sitting around bemoaing your insecurities.
Girls are like anything in life - you need experience and practice if you ever expect to get anywhere. It's never just "going to happen" as so many people think. Be proactice!

So she has ambition and success in her life but her LSE will really effect the relationship (like i said I don't want to write an essay here). But, bc of this, many ppl can easily be fooled and think someone is HSE when in fact they're LSE. I haven't confirmed the reliability of this one (perhaps some ppl could chime in) but I read that women who are ticklish will have higher drive and one's that are less ticklish will have lower drive. The reason is simple bc the ticklish ones will have more heightened senses and naturally enjoy sex more whereas the non-ticklish ones will.... u get the idea
5th, Reactions to sexual comments or stories involving sexual content may provide clues to the role of sex in the girl's life. You must have the proper frame to communicate the story. IE, if ur her boss and it's ur first time meeting, saying anything sexual will be inappropriate and rub any girl the wrong way but if u meet a girl in a crowded public space and go get drinks and there's obv sexual tension, then her reaction might be a huge indication. Unfortunately, there's no hugely field tested or well studied works on these so it might take me time to work these things out but I have hope
The way I see it, I have about 10 years to find the perfect woman. And, in my non-gaming days, i'd have insta settled for a really hot girl who was bad in all other categories. It doesn't really matter what you wear as long as it looks good. There are a lot of very general fashion ideas and colour schemes that you can pick and choose from. You just need to make it look good and be able to carry yourself well.
Despite looking like a goth/raver kid since I was about 14, surprisingly few of the people I've hooked up with have actually been from those crowds. It's about being aesthetically pleasing, not trendy.

I'm not going to comment of specific styles but plain and clean white short sleve T shirts are great for your body type as they will make u look stronger where you need it most. Just don't wear shirts that are too tight or too baggy. Many girls will openly say that this is the best look on a guy. They also say they'd be attracted to (usually they do think that too) a guy who brings them flowers every day or opens up to them... so....
