go get drunk with some friends and do kareokee and film it so we can all see.

Work on speech mostly by practicing. I used to mumble a lot, I just make sure I speak loudly and clearly. My voice is very deep so it reverbs and words slur really easily even if I'm not aware they are. Just have to make sure you speak at a good space, loudly and pronounce everything properly. Don't rush it.

Stop being shy by just going out and being social. It gets easier.
