Hi, how do u play sets on boards where is flush or straight possible?

there is a game which I played...I know it was horrible play, but how should I play this? when fold?

PokerStars Game #15073836166: Omaha Pot Limit ($0.10/$0.25) - 2008/02/05 - 08:43:33 (ET)

*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot $24.15 | Rake $1.15
Board [2h Qh 9h Jh 7c]
Seat 1: arthater (small blind) folded before Flop
Seat 2: MalYZ (big blind) showed [Ah 3h Ad 2s] and won ($23) with a flush, Ace high
Seat 3: lukro8 folded on the Flop
Seat 4: nakl mucked [Kd 4c Qc Qs]
Seat 6: Pokerromo (button) folded before Flop (didn't bet)

another example: I have JJxx and flop comes QJ8...should I bet, when all players before me checked it? should I call someone´s potbet? should I make re-raise to find where I am?

Sorry, if these are bad questions, but I really dont know how to play sets on flush or straight possible boards. Sometimes I fold, sometimes I go all in, sometimes I just call and hoping for boat.

I have more questions but isnt there any guide to PLO? I mean something like this : http://www.pr0crast.com/2+2.NL.Anthology.v1.htm
but this is for NLHE...

Thank you.

EDIT: Misread the hand obv so post it properly next time. I thought there was only 2 hearts on the flop.

Making this correct FTW obv. Gah I hate when people don't post hands properly.

I raise flop.

If he reraises, you are so clearly beat that you must fold.
If he calls, check the turn back and re-eval river, congrats you just got a free turn

i think its usually pretty bad to play hands like these pf (high pair with no other options)...though im not completely sure about 5 handed

i prefer call flop i guess...river is 100% a fold though since a million+hands beat you - flush/a million straights

Moneys gotta go in here

I think it's fine at this low of stakes, definitely profitable if you are using position.
