missing the flop but still pay a turn to improve

well one player flop the perfect nuts with a low straight i decide to call..2 runner and i will win,..
I know that omaha is a game of draw and redraw..thats why even if i hold a big pocket and the flop come low..i like to pay the turn..what do you think about this play?
dont base your comment of that hand..which is pure luck..
