Looked really bad, glad theirs survivors, it looked massive. Not sure what I would do in that situation, find the nearest hardest thing to cover your body against the force

Read a bunch of books about stories on Mount Everest really lead me to appreciate what these people go through to achieve their dreams.
Recommend a good one from the perspective of someone that s gone through it
The Climb: Tragic Ambitions on Everest
written by supersicko pro mountaineer Anatoli Boukreev (who died in an avalanche on a different mountain a year after writing this book)
Guys like this are ridic, they live only for conquering hard and dangerous mountains. He was always trying to get jobs being an everest/other hard mountain summit guide, some seasons he gets a gig and gets paid to help people summit hard mountains. Other seasons when he doesn't get much work, he joins other tours and pays to climb hard mountains LOL. Doesn't matter to him if hes paying or being paid, he just wants to climb hard mountains. (Everest summit expeditions are not cheap)
Read some about it, it hit harder more to the sides, last time I checked 18 confirmed death by that Avalanche. I think most of the people who panicked and ran in their tents died, not a good idea.
I could only imagine what goes on through their head, i am guessing its something extraordinary such book should be awesome.
Its kind of hard to protect yourself while out on the open when a huge avalanche is coming on top of u :/ Its not like there are any obstacles in its way

and while watching the video I thought to myself, "wow, why is this idiot repeating saying fuck instead of diving head first into that tent right in front of him?"

how is this relevant? 100+times more ppl died in car accidents on that given day
Such a dumb argument to make, you can always point out to more people dying in any reference to death, really pointless. It's the deadliest disaster on the mountain ever and so it may be of interest to some even if it isn't you.

Imagine a bigger wave of snow coming, and ur in the tent, you'll get strangled, stuck, suffocate, wrapped inside it, in the snow.

makes sense, but if thats common climbers knowledge I doubt anybody would rush in, probably people were already in them and didnt get out on time
