Dominik Panka is super-hyped in Poland atm, he won PCA 2014 Main Event, then shipped EPT Deauvile High Roller (just the next stop after PCA) and now he came 3rd at EPT Malta Main Event.

This is probably most insane hand from the entire tournament:

What you guys think about the fold?

is his opponent a reg or fish? He looks old which makes me think panka just pegged him on an overpair.

His opponent makes a big difference here I think. Kids obviously good though

^but their future is so bright

It seems to be not very profitable in the long run to play those kind of hands. - Gus Hansen

Impossible for us to know if it was a good fold.. we have no previous info. Longterm, it's probably not ideal? Obviously right fold this time around. Regardless, Panka is so good.

You are missing the button action.
He 3bet the button with TT to 800k
then the big blind 4bet to 2 million.

if this is the case, then it's probably a tough but good fold..

Announcer said Panka had a stack of 4 mil or something, 4bet from bb commits Panka, either shove or fold from now. I'm sure Panka had some read, regardless that was pretty good.

longple: ur missing the point! this is an attempt to get away from the bumhuntmentality!

I don't know you guys, but when a fish cold 4bets me I do always fold TT if I don't think I can profitably setmine. I mean what do they usually have here? I don't see TT doing well against a regular fish super nut heavy cold4bet range.

I wanted the same raybans however they look good only on like 1% of people
Still I do believe sunglasses should be banned @ tables unless you have some kind of eyesight condition

If villain is a fish btw its not that hard of a fold considering they are down to 3 ppl and there s tons of money on the line, its not like fishes tend to randomly spazz out hundreds of thousands ( unless its Abramovich obv )

it has been a long time ever since I played poker. However, I do not think it is outstanding and impressive to fold TT to a 4-bet...

money won is twice as sweet as money earned.

he can not set mine oop here

he already 3bet, his opponent is polarized to what he has this is very standard fold, i think you guys missed the very beginning of the video

reminds me of an Ivey hand, he 3bets vs Doc Sands with AK from small blind, Doc rips a 4bet and Ivey instantly folds AK in the small blind.

Doc had AA.

also reminds me of online scenarios that you do need to 3bet fold Tens vs some players 2-5x and fold with 30bb vs 30bb stacks, thats heads up let alone when you get cold 4bet from the blinds its just an easy muck.

(editing top - miswrote it) - vs many MTT regs they will be raise folding and only rejamming JJ-AA/AK and rarely any weaker broadways. so 3betting to take control of the betting lead vs a 28/25 type but when he 4bets and his 4bet stat is low ie 3% or w/e, you can instantly muck the tens comfortably. if he flats, you can be confident you are ahead and punish. if you flat you are asking to be out played on many textures, because stacksizes are not the depth of cashgames, the 3bet becomes more of a must. and folding to 4bets is kinda standard here. You are also allowing other players to come in and 99 is the worst hand he will do this with imho.

For any higher level mtter this is 100% standard guys. Honestly and truly is.

Panka is amazing though he deserves mad props whenever he can get them.
