I thought there was a thread a while back for what to do in LV that's non-poker related, can't seem to find it.

I plan on going to LV at the end of March, any recommendations on what to do outside of poker? E.g. Rent an exotic car, watch the water show, cirque du soleil, etc..

I only plan on staying for 3 days, are there any must places to visit? Thanks

Besides gaming....shows, food, shopping, clubs are the things Las Vegas is good at.
Depending on where you're from and what you like some of those things may be more interesting than others.

It's a tourist city, so there are plenty of attractions. You could walk Downtown Fremont, go shoot machine guns, go on a helicopter tour, etc. If you get in a cab and take one of the little booklets in the back seat, it'll give you a good idea of most of the things to do including shows, clubs, and attractions. Another site to check out would be galavantier. Even if you don't use it, it may give you some ideas.

I used to watch a ton of food shows on television when I was younger. I remember there being some sick lobster and steak specials that aren't known by many tourists. If you're looking for some food deals, I'd check out Google before you go.

If you are a fan of lust and have money:

Shop. Tada! Prada! All black everything.

Get a suite at hotel of choice. Get a table at club at hotel you are staying at. Preferably bring some hot wingwomen with you. If not just be a boss and find the bottle rats that want to have sex that night. Even easier find the bottle rats that want coke and sex and have coke and a penis. 1-2-3 1-2-3 drink. Throw 'em back till you lose track. Swing from the chand-a-lier! From the chand - a - lier!...

End up at Rehab and/or in rehab.

I did this with some friends last time I was there. We got to see 5 different places and I thought it was a pretty great deal. You got food at the first place, at least 1 drink at every club, cover already paid for, and you get to play some games like flip-cup and beer pong. Looks like ticket prices have gone up. We were somehow able to get tickets to this for like 40-50 bucks. Not sure what Vegas insiders think about this but I'm just throwing it out there as an idea.

food, alcohol and the strip/freemont street is pretty much it. can google for random activities but no one here actually does them - and if that stuff is appealing to you you could probably do a better version of it elsewhere for cheaper.

Multiple massage parlors have been closed by the LVPD. Even the asian place.
Now you have to resort to backpage.com

with the exception of sushi, probably hard to have a bad meal on the strip. heres some suggestions. all menus available online

on strip:

french - bouchon @ venetian
steak house - carnevino @ venetian or craft steak @ mgm (craft steak probably being a bit over 100 a person)
burger and beer - holsteins @ cosmopolitan (alcohol milkshakes are really good)
american - sage @ aria

slightly off strip ~5min
spanish tapas and sangria - firefly (on paradise and flamingo)
japanese steakhouse. - musashi - much cheaper after midnight. (almost same spot as firefly)
modern japanese - yonaka (flamingo and decatur)
japanese tapas - raku (dont get omakase) (spring mountain and decatur)

far off strip ~15min
sushi - naked fish (flamingo and durango)
japanese tapas - kyara (jones and sunset)
